As new cells grow and push to the surface any damaged cells you may have are forced to quite literally take a hike!

Spinach is loaded with antioxidants, so much so that can help reduce the onset of wrinkles if consumed regularly. Not only that but spinach can over time help to strengthen your skin tissue thanks to the fact that it can flush toxins out of your system.

Carrots are high in beta-carotene an antioxidant that is converted by your body into vitamin A (retinol). As such not only will they give your skin that enviable glow we all crave, but they will also over time help to improve the quality of your skin. 

Pumpkin Seeds are packed full of zinc which is essential in terms of creating healthy new skin cells, therefore I highly recommend switching out your afternoon snack for a handful of yummy pumpkin seeds.

Walnuts are internal vacuum cleaners as they literally move waste out of our cells. Not only that but walnuts are also packed full of a vitamin E, which is widely known for it incredibly ability to accelerate healing.
